RECORD GROWTH CONTINUES
PORT MORESBY: Papua New Guinea's The National daily newspaper continues to maintain its record of strong circulation growth since its inception in 1993.
It is the only newspaper in Papua New Guinea to achieve increased sales for the six months to December 31 last year.
The Audit Bureau of Circulations reported that The National's daily net paid sales totalled 25,769 copies compared with 24,136 copies for the same period in 1996.
This represents a 6.8 per cent increase.
The National's growth is the greatest in Port Moresby and the National Capital District areas. +++niuswire
