Rockefeller Resident Fellowship Program The University Center for International Studies (UCIS) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill provides this fellowship opportunity to scholars, professionals and artists. The programme explores emergent voices of new immigrants in the globalising American south and their encounters in civil society and the provisioning of public goods, such as education, media, social welfare, and health care.
